Proof Of Vaccination Required

Within 15 Feet of Court

The NBA health and safety protocols are mandating those fans aged two and older that are seated in or with access to areas within 15 feet of the court as well as those seated directly behind the player benches and scorer’s table to either be fully vaccinated or return a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of the game or a negative lab-based rapid test within 24 hours of the game.

The Following Are Acceptable As Proof Of Vaccination

  • A CDC-issued vaccination card including the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date that the last dose was administered, along with a photo ID.
  • A phone screenshot or printed photo of a CDC-issued vaccination card including the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date that the last dose was administered, along with a photo ID.

The Following Are Acceptable As Proof Of A Negative COVID-19 Or Rapid Test

  • A phone screenshot or printed photo of either a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours of the event or a negative lab-based rapid test within 24 hours of the event that includes the name of the ticketed fan, along with a photo ID.

Mask Policy

For guest and player safety alike, the NBA is requiring that all ticket holders seated in row 1 courtside and within a 15-foot radius of home and visiting team benches wear facemasks at all times except when actively eating and drinking. Neck gaiters, bandanas and masks with valves are not permitted.

  • Cashless payment methods such as credit & debit cards are accepted.
  • Parking is also cashless

No-Bag Policy

  • Wayne State Fieldhouse has a NO BAG policy, with exceptions for small wallets, diaper bags and medical bags.
  • Backpacks, bags, purses, fanny packs and clutches are not permitted.
  • Wallets that are larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches are not permitted.
  • Multi-compartment wallets that are smaller than 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches, with or without a handle or strap are permitted.

Mobile Tickets Only

Managing tickets from your mobile device continues to be the best option for guests

  • Tickets for Cruise games at Wayne State Fieldhouse can be managed through the Detroit Pistons app.
  • Before leaving home, we encourage guests to add their tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay for an efficient entry process.
